Artventurers: Pattern-Palooza

Sordoni Gallery Artventurers, invites young explorers and their families to discover the world of art through creativity, curiosity, and hands-on fun. Each session offers a hands-on activity and storytime with the Osterhout Free Library. New Artventurers will receive a free sketch book to collect their badges.

For this Artventurers meeting, we will be exploring pattern with two different activities. Looking at Bauhaus artists, we will make cut-paper geometric patterns and then create our own tessellations inspired by Islamic art.
