The Sordoni Art Gallery at Wilkes University will present “In Search of Meaning: Memory Becomes Us” by Philadelphia-based artist, author, poet and thought leader Patricia Moss-Vreeland, from Aug. 26 through Oct. 9.
The show will feature paintings, prints, artist books, poetry and videos focusing on Moss-Vreeland’s ongoing inquiry about the social impact of memory through science, history and language, and the relationship between memory and place, emotion, senses, creativity, pattern-making and personal identity.
