Wilkes University students are becoming part of the solution one step at a time. Wilkes held its annual Alcohol Awareness Walk on Tuesday, Oct. 23. at noon in conjunction with Alcohol Awareness week. The event raises awareness of the dangers of excessive and underage drinking. The one-mile walk began at the Fenner Quadrangle with students walking to Kirby Park and back to campus. Participants were given a free t-shirt and enjoyed lunch following the walk.
