Disasters and bio-terrorism pose special challenges for nurses. Senior nursing students in Wilkes University’s Advance Care Concepts class learned how to handle special situations in a special disaster drill. The training was highlighted in a story that appeared in the Dec. 3, 2014 issue of the Times-Leader.
